Hi again Jason,
So a lady from Maple/Vaughn called and asked us to help with her roofing issues and I explained to her that her job was too small and we would overcharge her for coming out to fix her roof. We recommended another company to her.
She mentioned she really could not find a local guy easy and Titans kept popping up all over her searches and no other company's looked like an interest to her or she could not find any so this is positive.
She said she is a web designer and a SEO and is upset with our trade and their poor lack of being found for her needs and said you guys must be doing an awesome job with the SEO and she finds the overall look streamlined.

Acknowledging Great work and excellent support is commonly over looked by Clients when it comes to services provided to them.
It is much more common to hear the complaints, etc that anything good. I appreciate that I have been somewhat of a difficult customer, and that I hold your team to a high level of excellence. You need to know that Sylvia has continually met and many times exceeded my expectations.
Coming from the Retail world, and Directing a team of employees that were there only to support the Operations Team, I have developed over the years a great appreciation for, respect of, and demand for nothing but excellence when it comes to customer service.

Nice to hear from you! I´m on vacation at the moment but I know I will be overwhelmed when I return so I´m sending a quick reply now… our internet exposure seems to have brought more returns since you started working with us.
Considering we are spending the same on google ads, plus your small monthly fee, I would say it´s well worth it. I can´t put my finger on exactly where each client is coming from, but something´s definitely working.

We knew that our website was dated and needed a major overhaul. We had no idea how we were going to take on such an enormous undertaking.
