Digital Marketing - Account Manager / Customer Service

You will work with and provide advice to our clients to increase the performance and lead generation from their websites. By reviewing activities such as organic SEO optimization, Paid Search campaigns, site content, and social media activities, you will work towards increasing search ranking, site traffic, and lead generation for our clients.

The Position involves:

  • Providing existing clients premium service and developing plans to increase their business
  • Executing and delivering on these plans by yourself, and in collaboration with internal teams
  • Obtaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Tracking performance of client accounts on an on-going basis and advising immediately if there is a decline
  • Managing your time so as to effectively multi-task and support multiple clients simultaneously
  • Maintaining complete and accurate reports for all client activity
  • Communicate effectively with the VP of Operations, the Sales Team, and other team members, informing and updating them regularly to ensure that client expectations are being met
  • Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed
  • Work with the production team to ensure that jobs are completed to the customers’ specifications and satisfy the delivery schedule

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in marketing, communications or business
  • At least two years of experience in web content management and design, development and/or management of digital marketing programs
  • Well rounded skills in online marketing, web content management, internet advertising, online promotions and social media
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively build relationships and manage customer expectations
  • A strong customer focus and a results oriented personality
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to excel in a fast paced work environment
  • Experience dealing with multiple accounts
  • Strong time and self-management skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and generate ideas for improvements
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Familiar with technical aspects of web and digital communications functionality, and knowledge of CMS tools, basic HTML and CSS
  • Understanding of and engagement in social media such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, etc.
